Please saturate a cotton ball or cotton cosmetic pad (do not use anything else). Put cotton in a ziploc baggie. This should be done right after waking, and before brushing teeth or eating or drinking anything, including water.

I do the saliva samples around my scheduled "in person" appointments and they are very time consuming, with each one taking about 2 hours. Feel free to make copies of this page and pass on.
