SCENAR is one of the single most effective devices to “jumpstart” the healing response. Anyone recovering from minor bruises to chronic systemic disorders will benefit from its magic. The SCENAR screens information on the skin and uses an adaptive biofeedback loop, establishing an interactive dialog with the body, using an electrical signal similar to the way nerves send messages to each other. In this sense, it talks to the body in its own language. This dialog forms a new treatment system comprised of both the body and the device. The SCENAR was initially created to give space travelers to the joint US-Russian International Space Station a portable medical device that could become their universal medical assistant in space. As such, it had to be a safe universal non-invasive portable regulator of body functions. The SCENAR remained proprietary technology of the Soviet government and it wasn’t until Perestroika and the fall of the Soviet Union that many scientific programs were discontinued, which then allowed scientists and private business to make these devices available to the rest of the world.
